Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be not return
  • Incase returned within 2 days of the purchase date. Contact crypticinfotech@gmail.com
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Items must be free from any damage or defects caused by the customer.

Return Process:

  • Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at crypticinfotech@gmail.com or 7667422497 to initiate the return process.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). Please ensure the package is securely packed and includes the RAN.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) to verify its condition.

Refunds

Refund Processing:

  • Once we have inspected the returned item(s) and confirmed its eligibility, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow [5-10] business days for the refund to be processed.

Refund Amount:

  • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping and handling fees.

Exchanges

  1. Exchange Process:
    • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
    • We will process your exchange request and ship the replacement item(s) to you.
    • You may be required to pay a shipping fee for the replacement item(s).

Exceptions

  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be eligible for return or refund.
